Order and Payment Terms

a)    Payment and Order Confirmation: You agree to ensure payment for any items you purchase from us and acknowledge that prices are subject to change without prior notice. When placing an order, you agree to provide us with a valid email address, shipping address, and billing information.

b)    Order Cancellation: Please note that we reserve the right to reject or cancel any order due to various reasons, such as an incorrect address or contact information, or your unavailability at the time of delivery. In the event that an order is canceled after payment has been processed and the order has shipped, we will issue a gift voucher of equal value, valid for three months from the date of issue, instead of a cash or bank refund.

c)    Additional Information: We may request additional information to confirm your purchase and may place further restrictions on the sale of any of our products. 

Delivery Timeline

a)    Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.

b)    Estimated Delivery Time: Depending on your location, delivery may take between 2-7 business days after dispatch. For International orders, delivery time will be 30 business days.

c)    Shipment Adjustments: Shipment costs and delivery dates may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstance 

Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking link via email or SMS once your order has been dispatched, allowing you to monitor its status until delivery.
