Refund policy

RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY:

Purchases made from online store of www.upanishadayurveda.com cannot be returned after purchase. We offer full-replacement of products that might be damaged in transit. Replacement orders are processed immediately after our customer support team validates the damage via communication over e-mail or phone.

Replacement Orders and Refunds will be processed only if the query is raised within 30 days of placing the orders. Any queries or concerns beyond 30 days from order confirmation date will not be entertained.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Any order cancellations can only be processed if the request is made within 24 hours of placing the order and before the item has been dispatched. Please note for prepaid orders If your order has already been dispatched, we will provide a gift voucher of equal value which will be valid for next 3 months instead of a cash/bank

1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:

a. We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days from the date of delivery.
b. To be eligible, merchandise must be in its original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
c. Certain items, such as personalized or custom-made products and clearance items, may not be eligible for returns or exchanges. Please check the product description for specific details.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
a. Contact our Customer care to request a Return or Exchange. Please provide your order number and a detailed reason for the return or exchange request along with the picture of the product in case of any defective or damaged or incorrect product is delivered.
b. Once you receive a confirmation from us, securely package the merchandise, including all original packaging and documentation.
c. If you choose to return or exchange an item, we will do quality check at our delivery center before refund.

3. Inspection and Approval:

a. Upon receiving the returned merchandise, our quality control team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. Refund in case of returns may be subject to approval based on the condition of the merchandise.
b. If the merchandise meets our criteria, we will process your return request within 48 hours of the return of the product.
c. If the merchandise does not meet our criteria, it will be shipped back to you.
d. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed or rejected.

4. Return and Exchange:

a. Please note that we do not offer refunds for returned products. However, if your return is approved, we would be happy to provide you with a gift voucher of the same amount that will be valid till next 3 months instead of a cash/bank refund. We will gladly accept returns only for products that are unopened and in their original, sealed condition.
b. In case of exchanges, new item will be delivered to you once original item is returned to our center.

5. Return and Exchange Fees:

Please note that there is no Return or Exchange fees levied by us as return needs to be done by customer.
