Where do I find my tracking number?
Once your order ships, we send the AWB number and a tracking link by SMS, WhatsApp and email. Your order number (e.g. #1001) is in your order confirmation.

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days. You'll get your tracking number as soon as your parcel is handed to the courier.
